Sastry Sarwa

Sastry Sarva is an attorney licensed to practice law in both India and California, USA. As an Of Counsel, he regularly represents clients in removal proceedings. Prior to joining Singh Ahluwalia, Mr. Sarva worked for the Law Offices of Robert B. Jobe – where he oversaw the removal defense department.

Mr. Sarva also has experience in the areas of civil and commercial litigation, alternate dispute resolution, and cross-border litigation. He is a graduate of the National Law University, Jodhpur, and has a Master of Laws degree from the University of California, Berkeley.
